For the current moment all of our focus is directed towards the creation of a test and reference sight (Quinta das Abelhas).
This test sight is located in the south of Portugal (close to Montemor-o-Novo). Since January, 2020 we are working fulltime, in cooperation with Ernst Götsch, to create a learning field of around half a hectare (focused on production of Citrus, Walnuts, Olives, Grapes, and Figs).
Starting September, we are looking to expand this area by one hectare, applying valuable lessons that we already learned, and experimenting with new cultures. This farm is to act as a learning, reference, and training sight where workshops and seminars are to be hosted and research conducted.
